Trail Runners Tune Up

Types of conditions that I believe most trail runners experience include:

1. Wrist and shoulder problems due to trip and fall injuries
2. Knee pain due to trips and fall on technical trails and long downhill runs
3. Ankle sprains
4. Plantar fasciitis
5. Lower back pain
6. Upper hamstring/glute strains
Treatment for these conditions includes not only chiropractic manipulation but also soft -tissue mobilization and techniques like Active Release. Also, teaching of soft-tissue mobilization techniques that can be done at home is also a large part of having patients experience continued improvement in-between office visits.
