Through extensive post-doctoral training, Dr. Pagano is able to say that he specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of sports injuries. Through this post-doctoral training and specialization, Dr. Pagano treats conditions such as:
- Tendonitis
- Bursitis
- Sprained ligaments
- Strained muscles
- Peripheral nerve entrapments at spinal and other joints
- Peripheral nerve entrapments between layers of muscles in the neck, back, arms and legs
- Shoulder / Rotator cuff injuries that do not require surgery
- Elbow, wrist and hand conditions such as golfer's elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome and cyclist's palsy
- Hip, knee and ankle conditions such as tendonitis, meniscus injuries and inversion sprains of the ankle
